36 Classes - 3 Months

Art and Animation, Professionals

3D modeling and animation have transformed numerous fields, including filmmaking, computer games, architecture and product design. Yet the underlying basis of high-quality 3D production originates in traditional design and animation methodologies. This course provides an introduction to the exciting world of 3D content creation, while emphasizing its connection to the creative thought process. Students will learn an overview of the artist workflow as it relates to modeling, texturing, animation, lighting and rendering.

Pre- Requisites & Target Audience

Design professionals who want to learn 3D.
Architecture students.
Sketch-Up users looking to advance their skill set.
Anyone with a vague interest in 3D.
Draftsman who are interested in learning rendering.
Current 3Ds Max users who want to learn how to work with Vray.
Gamers who want to learn to model their own game assets (especially architectural ones) in 3Ds Max.
This course require a laptop with 64 bit Windows operating system and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in a design field is helpful, but also not necessary.

  • Students will work together to design their own Project ;

    Students must have to complete one collaboration project with other students among their batch. They are required to build complete project from an idea to design and complete project in collaboration with other team members of different disciplines. During the course they will also learn Team management, communication skills, finance and Project Management. Every student contributes their expertise into the project and learn new skills which helps students to work on their independent projects and manage work professionally
